Return and Refund Policy

At Lynx Technologies LLC, we strive to provide high-quality services and solutions. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are available, the process for requesting a refund, and how such requests will be handled. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Scope of the Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Lynx Technologies LLC. The policy does not extend to third-party services or products provided by external vendors or partners. If a third-party service is involved, the terms and conditions of that party’s return and refund policy will apply.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  1. Full Refund:

    • If a service has not commenced or no work has been initiated on a project, you are eligible for a full refund.
    • If the initial design, scope, or proposal has not been approved or any deliverable has not been provided, a full refund may be issued.
  2. Partial Refund:

    • If the project is in progress but not completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount refunded will be proportionate to the work completed at the time of the refund request.
    • For example, if 50% of the project is completed and you decide to cancel, a refund for the remaining 50% may be issued.
    • If the initial design has been approved and work has started, but there is a delay or change in scope, a partial refund can be requested based on the percentage of the project yet to be completed.
  3. No Refund:

    • If the project has been completed and delivered as per the agreed terms, no refund will be issued. This includes services such as web development, digital marketing campaigns, or software development that has been completed and approved by the client.
    • Refunds will also not be provided for any dissatisfaction arising from a service delivered as per the original proposal, unless Lynx Technologies LLC has failed to meet the agreed-upon expectations.

Filing a Refund Request

To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within 30 days of making the initial payment. The request must include a detailed explanation of why the refund is being requested, along with any relevant documentation that supports your claim.

To file a refund request:

Once we receive your request, our team will review it, and you will receive a response within 7 business days. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used at the time of purchase, such as a credit card or bank transfer.

Exclusions

The following circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer need the service after work has started but without any performance issues, no refund will be provided.
  • Delays Due to Client Action: Refunds are not applicable if delays in the project are caused by the client, such as failure to provide necessary materials, content, or approvals within the agreed timeline.
  • Third-Party Services: Services rendered by third-party providers, such as hosting services or external software, are not eligible for refunds through Lynx Technologies LLC. The policies of the respective third-party providers will apply.
  • Technical Support: Refunds are not available for one-time technical support services or consultation services provided by Lynx Technologies LLC.

Cancellation of Services

If you wish to cancel an ongoing service (such as digital marketing, SEO, or maintenance services), you must notify us at least 14 days in advance. Cancellation of ongoing services may result in a prorated refund, depending on the amount of work already performed.

Processing of Refunds

Once a refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. The method of refund will be the same as the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon. If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be processed to the same card. For payments made via bank transfer, a refund will be issued to the original bank account.

Changes to the Policy

Lynx Technologies LLC reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is the responsibility of the client to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes are made indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
